Scholarship Recipients are selected from Fletcher High School students who meet the following criteria:

1. Proven ability to pursue a course of study after high school at the college, vocational or public

service academy level.

2. A demonstrated financial need.

3. Acceptance at an accredited post high school institution.

The Ragans, Sutton and Taylor Scholarship Program is presented by Beaches Educational Foundation and

awards scholarships in an amount up to $10,000.

The Eddie Bounds Scholarship was established in 2022 for students pursuing a career in public service.

Eddie graduated from Fletcher in 1979 and loved the Beaches community where he served as a mentor

and coach to hundreds of children and student athletes. This scholarship is a one-time award of $1,000.
